An open-source observability startup with strong GitHub traction (5K+ stars) needed to build a commercial GTM motion. They had no positioning doc, no pricing, and no sales process. The founding team was all engineers who'd never done product marketing.
Approach
Embedded as fractional PMM to build their entire go-to-market from scratch: ICP definition, positioning framework, pricing and packaging, first sales collateral, and a developer content strategy. Also set up competitive intelligence tracking and launched their first enterprise outbound motion.
