01Services

GTM Labs provides go-to-market, product marketing, and growth consulting services for software companies. This includes productized engagements (such as the GTM Diagnostic and DevRel Swarm Install), one-time projects (such as GTM Clarity), and monthly retainers (such as PMM-as-a-Service, Growth Engine, and AI-Powered Growth).

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any paid engagement are defined in a written proposal or statement of work agreed before the engagement begins. Where a proposal conflicts with these terms, the proposal controls.

02Payment Terms

Productized engagements are paid in full upfront. Retainers are invoiced monthly with net-15 payment terms. All prices are in US dollars unless agreed otherwise. Payment is accepted by bank wire or Stripe.

Late payments may pause work on active engagements until the balance is settled.

03Contract Length and Cancellation

GTM Diagnostic, GTM Clarity, and DevRel Swarm Install are one-time engagements. PMM-as-a-Service has a 3-month minimum commitment and Growth Engine has a 6-month minimum commitment; both continue month-to-month after the minimum term.

Fees for the minimum term are non-refundable except as required by law. After the minimum term, retainers can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice, prorated. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy at gtm-labs.co/refund-policy.

04Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all deliverables produced specifically for your engagement: documents, playbooks, dashboards, and configured AI agents.

GTM Labs retains ownership of pre-existing materials, frameworks, templates, methodologies, and open-source software used to produce deliverables, and may reuse general know-how and anonymized learnings in future work.

05Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the purposes of the engagement. Case studies or public references to your company require your prior written approval.

06Free Tools and Content

The calculators, templates, checklists, and articles on this website are provided free of charge, as-is, for informational purposes only. They are not professional, legal, or financial advice, and no warranty is made about their accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

07No Guarantee of Results

Consulting outcomes depend on many factors outside GTM Labs' control, including your market, product, team, and execution. GTM Labs commits to delivering the agreed scope with professional skill and care, but does not guarantee specific business results such as revenue, signups, rankings, or conversion rates.

08Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTM Labs' total liability arising out of any engagement or use of this website is limited to the fees you paid to GTM Labs in the 3 months preceding the claim. GTM Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

09Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel, unless a signed engagement agreement specifies otherwise.

10Changes and Contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the website or services after an update constitutes acceptance.
