What we collect, why, and how to make us stop.

Summary

GTM Labs is a product operated by Daria Dovzhikova. We collect only the data required to run your agent pipeline (repo contents, docs, account info) and the data required to run the business (billing, support emails). We never sell your data or use it to train models.

What we collect

• Account data: name, work email, company, authentication tokens for connected services (GitHub, Slack, email).
• Workspace content: repository clones, documentation, API references, and any material you point the platform at.
• Usage data: pipeline run times, agent outputs, error logs, and platform telemetry needed to operate the service.
• Billing data: handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor; we store only the last four digits and billing metadata.

What we don't do

• We don't sell personal data to anyone.
• We don't use customer code, docs, or outputs to train our own models or any third-party models.
• We don't share workspace content across tenants.

Subprocessors

We use Anthropic (LLM APIs) and OpenAI (TTS for Vox) under Zero-Data-Retention agreements. Hosting is on Vercel. A full subprocessor list ships with the DPA on request.

Your rights

Under GDPR and CCPA you can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data. Email daria@gtm-labs.co — we respond within the statutory timeline.

Changes to this policy

Material changes will be announced by email to active customers at least 30 days before they take effect. The "Effective" date above is updated for any change.
