01Data We Collect

We collect personal data in the following situations:

• Email contact: if you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
• Call booking: if you book a call, scheduling is handled by Google Calendar appointment booking, which collects your name and email under Google's privacy policy.
• Newsletter: the subscribe form redirects you to Substack, which collects your email address under Substack's privacy policy. We do not store newsletter emails on our own servers.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager to collect aggregate usage data (pages visited, approximate location, device type) using cookies. This data does not directly identify you.
• Payments: if you purchase services, payment is processed by Stripe or your bank. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Client engagements: during paid engagements we process the business information you share with us for the purpose of delivering the work.

02How We Use Data

We use personal data to respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver services, invoice and collect payment, send the newsletter you subscribed to, and understand in aggregate how the website is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

03Service Providers

We rely on a small set of processors to operate this website and business:

• Vercel (website hosting)
• Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Calendar booking, Gmail)
• Substack (newsletter delivery)
• Stripe (payment processing)

04Cookies

This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) to measure site usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them. You can also opt out of Google Analytics across the web using Google's browser add-on.

05Data Retention

Email correspondence and engagement records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard retention settings. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in any email.

06Your Rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and Israel's Privacy Protection Law), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

07International Transfers

GTM Labs is based in Israel, a jurisdiction recognized by the European Commission as providing adequate data protection. Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries under their own safeguards.
