Productized engagements: paid upfront. Retainers: monthly invoice net-15. USD. Wire or Stripe.
Contract Length
GTM Clarity is one-time. PMM-as-a-Service has 3-month minimum, Growth Engine 6-month minimum. Month-to-month after that.
Cancellation
30-day notice on retainers, prorated. You keep all delivered artifacts: docs, playbooks, AI agents, dashboards.
Scope Changes
Upsizing mid-engagement is welcome. Downsizing prorates from the next cycle. No surprise fees.
