Refund Policy
Effective date: June 4, 2026
This policy covers refunds and cancellations for GTM Labs paid services. It applies alongside our Terms of Service; where a signed proposal or statement of work specifies different terms, that document controls.
01Productized Engagements
Productized engagements (GTM Diagnostic, DevRel Swarm Install) and one-time projects (GTM Clarity) are paid upfront. Refunds work as follows:
- Before kickoff: cancel any time before work begins for a full refund.
- After kickoff: fees for work already performed are non-refundable. If the engagement is cancelled mid-way, any clearly unstarted milestones or phases in the agreed scope are refunded.
- After final deliverables are handed over: the engagement is complete and no refund is issued.
02Monthly Retainers
PMM-as-a-Service has a 3-month minimum commitment and Growth Engine has a 6-month minimum commitment. Fees for the minimum term are non-refundable except as required by law.
After the minimum term, retainers continue month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice; any prepaid amount covering the period after the notice period ends is refunded. AI-Powered Growth retainers have no standard minimum and can be cancelled the same way at any time, unless the engagement proposal says otherwise.
Whatever the timing, you keep all artifacts delivered up to the cancellation date: documents, playbooks, AI agents, and dashboards.
03Free Tools and Resources
Calculators, templates, checklists, and other downloads on this website are free, so no refunds apply to them.
04How to Request a Refund
Email dovzhikova@gmail.com from the address used for the engagement, with your invoice number if you have it. We respond within 3 business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days (bank wires may take longer depending on your bank).
05Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before initiating a chargeback and we will work it out directly. This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
